The most widespread wine abroad and in Italy and its territory is about to be recognized as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It lends itself to being consumed as an aperitif, to be combined with dishes of international cuisines for its not high alcoholic gradation and can be sipped in the morning, during the meal and in the afternoon. The Prosecco World consists of three denominations:
1 ) PROSECCO DOC – (basic product) name that belongs to Veneto and Friuli region and embraces this large area to meet market needs
2 ) ASOLO PROSECCO DOCG – ( Medium one )
3) CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG – (Premium range) – A very successful historical name, whose production is limited in a well-defined territory (only 15 municipalities) where about 90 ml of bottles are produced.
